Pricing questions
Why is Android free with every level?
Fluent for Android is offered free on Google Play with all levels and no in-app purchases. On Apple platforms, Beginner and Elementary are free and Fluent Pro is an optional one-time unlock for the rest.
Is Fluent Pro a subscription?
No. It is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase on Apple platforms. You pay once and keep Pro. There are no renewals.
Do I pay again on another Apple device?
Pro is tied to your Apple ID: use Restore Purchases in Settings on another device with the same app and Apple ID. Whether one purchase covers both iPhone/iPad and Mac will be confirmed here when the App Store versions launch.
Does buying Pro on Apple unlock anything on Android?
No, and it doesn't need to: Android already includes every level for free. Progress does not sync between Android and Apple devices.
How do I get a refund?
Pro purchases are processed by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com; Apple decides under its own terms.
Where can I get the Mac version?
Only from the Mac App Store, where it is coming soon. There is no direct download. Fluent Pro will be bought inside the App Store app.
